3. WEBSITE FORMS AND PROJECT INQUIRIES

Alto66 uses website form software, currently Forminator, to collect consultation requests, general inquiries, project-planning information, uploaded project documents, and other information submitted through Alto66 website forms.

Form submissions may be stored within the WordPress administrative environment and may also be transmitted by email to Alto66 so that we can review and respond to the inquiry. Form submissions may also be stored in internal business systems used to manage inquiries, prospective clients, active clients, and projects.

Website forms may also capture limited attribution information, such as the page URL, referring URL, and UTM parameters when available. This attribution information is used internally for source and campaign measurement and need not be included in prospect-facing confirmation emails.

4. EMAIL AND COMMUNICATIONS

Alto66 uses Google Workspace and authenticated email-delivery tools to send website-generated communications.

If you submit a website form, we may send you an automated confirmation acknowledging receipt of your submission. Alto66 may then follow up directly regarding your inquiry, requested service, or project.

Emails sent from the website may be sent from an Alto66 address such as hello@alto66.com. Replies and subsequent communications may be retained as part of Alto66’s business records.

5. CLOUDFLARE TURNSTILE AND ANTI-SPAM / SECURITY TOOLS

Alto66 uses Cloudflare Turnstile on website forms to help distinguish legitimate users from automated or abusive traffic and to protect the website from spam and misuse.

Cloudflare may process technical information necessary to provide Turnstile and related security services. Alto66 does not control Cloudflare’s independent data-processing practices.

More information about Cloudflare Turnstile privacy practices is available at:

https://www.cloudflare.com/en-gb/turnstile-privacy-policy/

Alto66 may also use other non-visible anti-spam measures, such as form honeypots, to reduce automated submissions.

6. ANALYTICS, ADVERTISING, COOKIES, AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Alto66 uses Google services for search-performance reporting, website analytics, tag management, advertising, conversion measurement, and related website-growth activities. Depending on Alto66’s current configuration, these services may include Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and related Google measurement or advertising tools.

Google Analytics may collect information such as the number of users, session statistics, approximate geolocation, browser and device information, pages visited, traffic sources, and interactions with the website. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies or similar identifiers to distinguish users and sessions, subject to applicable consent settings. If Google Analytics advertising features are enabled, Analytics identifiers may be used together with Google advertising cookies or identifiers to support measurement, audience creation, remarketing, and advertising features where permitted.

Google Tag Manager may be used to deploy and manage analytics, advertising, conversion, and other website tags. Tags deployed through Google Tag Manager may set or read cookies, identifiers, or similar technologies depending on the service being used and the visitor’s applicable consent choices.

Google Ads and related advertising tools may use cookies or other identifiers for purposes such as conversion measurement, campaign performance, audience creation, remarketing, and personalized advertising where permitted. Third-party vendors, including Google, may show Alto66 advertisements on websites or services across the Internet and may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies based on a visitor’s prior visits to Alto66’s website or interactions with Alto66 advertising. Visitors can manage Google advertising-personalization settings using the Google Ads Settings link provided below.

Alto66 may also use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies that are necessary for WordPress, website security, performance, accessibility, form functionality, or other website operations.

The specific cookies, local storage, identifiers, and similar technologies used on the website may vary as Alto66’s website and services change.

7. GOOGLE SERVICES

Alto66 uses Google Workspace for business email and may use Google services for search visibility, analytics, advertising, website measurement, tag management, file storage, and business operations.

Information transmitted through Google services is subject to Google’s applicable terms and privacy practices in addition to Alto66’s own internal controls.

Google’s Privacy Policy is available at:

https://policies.google.com/privacy

Google provides additional controls for advertising personalization through its Ads Settings:

https://adssettings.google.com/

8. WEBSITE HOSTING AND WORDPRESS

The Alto66 website is built using WordPress and hosted by DreamHost. DreamHost, WordPress plugins, and other website-service providers may process technical information necessary to host, secure, deliver, back up, and maintain the website.

Server logs may contain information such as IP address, browser type, requested URLs, timestamps, error information, and other technical details. Such information may be used for security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and website operations.

9. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

Alto66 does not sell personal information submitted through its website.

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the website or business, such as website hosting providers, email providers, analytics providers, security and anti-spam providers, cloud-storage providers, and technology vendors. These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other lawful process

• Protect the rights, property, safety, or security of Alto66, our clients, website visitors, or others

• Investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of applicable agreements

• Complete a business reorganization, merger, acquisition, financing, sale, or transfer of assets, subject to applicable law

Information related to an actual design project may also be shared with consultants, engineers, contractors, or other project participants when reasonably necessary for the project and consistent with the applicable client agreement. Project-related disclosures are governed primarily by the relevant service agreement and professional/project requirements rather than this website Privacy Policy alone.

10. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business records, supporting potential or active projects, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, meeting legal or accounting obligations, and protecting the security of our systems.

Lead and inquiry information may be retained for a reasonable period because residential design projects often involve long planning timelines and prospects may return after an extended period.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it was collected. Alto66 may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal, contractual, insurance, tax, accounting, backup, and recordkeeping requirements.

11. DATA SECURITY

Alto66 uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No website, email system, cloud service, or electronic transmission method is completely secure. Accordingly, Alto66 cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted or stored electronically.

12. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES AND REQUESTS

You may contact Alto66 to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that you have provided to us, subject to applicable legal, contractual, recordkeeping, and security requirements.

You may also contact us if you believe information we maintain about you is inaccurate or if you have questions about how it is used.

To make a privacy request, contact:

hello@alto66.com

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

13. SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Alto66 does not sell personal information submitted through website forms, project inquiries, or consultation requests.

Alto66 does not currently operate a business model based on selling personal information to third parties. If our practices materially change, this Privacy Policy and any legally required notices or opt-out mechanisms will be updated accordingly.

14. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

This website and Alto66’s residential design services are intended for adults. Alto66 does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13 through the website.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to Alto66 without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete the information.

15. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND EMBEDDED CONTENT

The website may contain links to third-party websites or embedded content from third-party services. Those third parties may collect information independently under their own privacy policies and terms.

Alto66 is not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of third-party websites or services that we do not control.

16. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our website, services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices.

When we make material changes, we will update the effective date shown on the published policy. Your continued use of the website after an updated policy is posted is subject to the revised policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
