1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you agree to comply with these Terms. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Alto66 regarding your use of the Site.

2. Description of Services

Alto66 provides custom residential design services, including the preparation of design concepts and the production of construction drawings for new custom homes, renovations, and additions. At the conclusion of the design process, construction drawings may be finalized with input from a licensed structural engineer, who may sign and seal them if required by law. These drawings are suitable for use in applying for building permits and for construction by a licensed contractor or an owner-builder where permitted by local regulations.

Alto66 does not act as a general contractor and does not perform physical construction work.

  • Plans, drawings, and other deliverables remain the intellectual property of Alto66. Clients are granted a limited license to use the drawings one (1) time, solely for construction of one structure at the project location identified in their Design Agreement.

  • Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or derivative use of designs, plans, or drawings is strictly prohibited and may subject the violator to legal remedies, including damages, injunctive relief, and other remedies available under law or equity.

Use of designs is further conditioned upon a valid signed Design Agreement with Alto66 and timely payment under that agreement.

4. Disclaimers

  • Alto66 provides design services only. We do not guarantee construction outcomes, contractor performance, or permit approval timelines.
